How to Use:
- Safety Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the work area. Wear personal protective equipment. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling.
- Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease. Avoid application below 41°F and above 104°F.
- Application: Cut the nozzle at 45° to the required joint width and apply using a good quality hand-operated gun. Apply bond-breaking tape to the bottom of the recess to prevent three-sided adhesions. Apply the caulk firmly from the bottom of the joint upwards to avoid air bubbles. Suitable for polymer caulk applications.
- Finishing: Remove overfilled residue with a spatula within 10 minutes. Sand along the joint length using 120 to 240 grit abrasive paper after 48 hours.
- Cleaning: Excess uncured sealant may be cleaned with solvent; cured sealant can be removed mechanically.
