HOT BOX!!! A dangerous concern on the railroad, an overheated journal box is no plaything. Thankfully on our railroads we can safely simulate all the excitement and drama with the return of the "Hot Box Reefer" in O scale! These fun cars operate with LEGACY control and play through a full scenario of an overheated journal. It starts with a whiff of smoke and crew dialog. Before long, the journal will erupt in "flame" and smoke as it screeches loudly. After coming to a safe emergency stop, you'll hear the crew put out the flames and give an all clear to limp along to the next siding to set out the car for further repair. There's even an ElectroCoupler to make that easier. These cars are sure to add a fun twist to any run session!
