All of the products sold at our eBay store are covered by the 30-day Return. You must notify us via eBay messages within 14 days from the day you received the item if the item is unwanted. For item arrived damaged, you must notify us via eBay messages within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any parcel returned to us without notification may be refused, or will take longer time to process. Buyer is responsible for the return postage and to ensure the item is in the original state, unused and undamaged, and is packed with care with the original packaging. Item must be returned by a registered courier or the Royal Mail for safety purposes.
Once the return item has arrived at our warehouse, our staff will review the item and packaging, and issue refund to you if everything is good. The refund will go back to your original payment method. The refund will be issued in 2 business days upon receipt of the return items.
We offer free postage within the UK on all our products unless stated otherwise. The couriers we may use include: Royal Mail, Yodel, DX and DPD.We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.

Goods under our standard free delivery service normally take 2-4 working days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery in case of postal delays. It is important to note, as soon as the payment has been cleared, our system will instantly pass the orders to the distribution centre to process, and then dispatched with the couriers. If you need to change the delivery address after the order is placed, there will be a possibility that it couldn’t be changed, or extra cost and delay may occur.
If for any reason your parcel has been attempted to be delivered more than twice but failed, then a calling card will be left by the courier with instructions for you to follow. In the case of Royal Mail it is possible that they may only attempt one delivery. It is your responsibility to contact the courier using the calling card and arrange re-delivery or collect the item. If you fail to do this and it is sent back to us as RTS (Returned to Sender) then an admin fee of £5 will be applied. This admin fee also applies to orders placed under the 'click and collect from Argos' scheme.
