This product is a non-inductive FOC motor drive module developed for the main drive chip SNR8652M, the chip integrated non-inductive motor drive special circuit, with a simple peripheral circuit, complete functions, small size, simple debugging, high driving efficiency, flexible application, wide application and other characteristics.

SNR8652M is a 32-bit kernel MCU, which is very convenient for development and simulation debugging. In order to facilitate users to quickly realize the drive, non-inductive FOC motor, the product has completed the core algorithm of the software, and users only need to carry out secondary development on the basis of this software to quickly complete product development.

Specifications:

The length and width of the drive module are 118x72mm, the thickness of the plate is 1.6mm, and the working voltage is 220V.

The module is equipped with a heat sink by default, such as the motor with a driving power of less than 50W does not need to be forced to dissipate heat, only need to ensure normal ventilation, the driving power exceeds 50W must be forced to dissipate heat, the heat sink provided by our company can work at 250W power.

Onboard LED indicator for standby, working, error and other states.

Onboard ship type switch, control motor start and stop.

Onboard wireless remote control 433M reception, wireless remote control function reserved

On-board potentiometer (0~5V), PWM speed control interface (frequency 1~20KHz), duty cycle 0~100%.

Onboard FG speed feedback interface, calculation speed RPM=FG frequency Hz *60 1 pole number.

Onboard CW/CCW steering interface, suspended for clockwise CW, short-circuited GND for counterclockwise CCW steering.

Onboard UART serial port, reserved for users to develop serial port control functions.

Onboard burning interface for updating the burning program.

Applications: High pressure water pump, high pressure gear motor, high pressure fan/fan, high pressure air conditioning machine, high pressure smoke machine, high pressure ceiling fan, high pressure wall breaking machine, high pressure soybean milk machine, etc.
