This Gorham Poppy long handled olive spoon is 8.5" long and weighs 29 grams.
It has a nice Gothic R monogram in the cartouche, surrounded by poppies in bud and bloom, with a lovely stylized pierced poppy in the bowl.
Stamped sterling and pat 1902, then with Gorham's hallmarks on the back.
