Please make sure the installation site is clean. Or it will cause operating obstruction, making the compressor's temperature very high, and the belt on the clutch may melt. But you need to add the refrigerant. Please add it to 70-80%. Try not to fill it up. There may be noise if the refrigerant is added too much.

OMPRESSOR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

• Separate and clean the pipes in the system, pour the detergent into the pipes, condenser and evaporator box and soak for about 20 minutes. Then use high-pressure nitrogen to flush out the detergent and dirt together.
• Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator box, check whether the cooling fan speed is normal, if the condenser and evaporator are damaged after cleaning, please replace them in time.
• Clean or replace the expansion valve, replace the filter in the drying bottle pipeline; the lubricating oil must be carefully distinguished and cannot be mixed or used with other grades of lubricating oil
• Vacuum, add refrigerant, check high and low pressure. Generally, the high pressure is between 1.3 and 1.6 MPA, and the low pressure is between 0.2 and 0.5 MPA; it is best to stop using the compressor when the ambient temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, and water cannot be mixed in the compressor.
