Returns

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal at The Outfitters General Store, so the following policies apply.

All defective items will be replaced to you at no charge within the first 30 days from the date on your purchase receipt.  All defective items must be shipped back to our warehouse postage paid.  After 30 days from the date on your receipt, the manufacturer's warranty applies. Please refer to your owner's manual or contact the Manufacturer for instructions.

All new and unopened products can be returned for any reason.  A 20% restocking fee from the purchase price will be charged.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  All returns must be made within14 days to our warehouse from the date of your purchase receipt.  If the returned order shipped for free $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Used items will not be accepted for credit or refund.

Opened computer software or videotapes, electronic charts, and data cards are not returnable.

Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date on your purchase receipt.


If An Item Needs To Be Returned

If an Item Needs To Be Returned Before returning items, please send us an email via Contact Seller. Email is the best method to contact us for returns. Please contact us before returning an item for a Return Authorization Number before sending an item back. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

Returns received without a Return Authorization number will be refused.


Refunds

Refunds will be made within 7 business days of receiving the item back at our warehouse. Refunds will only be issued by the same method of payment used on the original order.

Refunds will not be made on any software if package is opened under any circumstances.  When ordering software please triple check to see if the software ordered is compatible to your unit.
