This is an authentic vintage gasoline lighter marked “ABDULLA – Le Briquet de Luxe”, based on a French patent filed in 1928 and granted in 1938 to inventor J. Quercia (Paris). It features a semi-automatic ignition system with a distinctive safety catch. The mechanism activates when the lid is pushed open, reminiscent of other pre-war European engineering.

Condition:

The lighter is in excellent vintage condition for its age, showing minor signs of wear consistent with time and handling. Mechanism clicks and operates when triggered, but not tested with fuel. Sold as collectible.

Please note: No flint and no fuel included due to international shipping regulations.

This is a rare piece – highly collectible, especially in such preserved condition.
