"As-is" policy -- note to buyers, PLEASE READ:  Although some are purchasing as a collector's item, please note that these are sold as toys.  They are sold as-is and there will be no refunds before shipment based on misunderstanding of condition if I was not asked ahead of time.  If an item is sealed, I cannot guarantee its functionality or condition inside a sealed box, or be responsible for a manufacturer's defect or previous store handling or breakage, except for those characteristics which are easily discoverable on the outside of the packaging, or obvious through clear plastic/shrink wrap.  Please do not assume anything outside of what is pictured or described.  If you have any questions, please message me and allow me time to respond BEFORE purchasing.  I am happy to provide pictures or more descriptive detail if you are concerned about condition beyond what is shown or described.  If i indicate something battery-operated works, you will know that I tested it prior to shipping.  However, some battery powered motors randomly stick or stop working, especially after shipment.  This is rare but happens enough that I need to mention it.

Please double check polarity, play with the switch and give the wheel or mechanism a nudge with the power switch on before complaining it's dead on arrival.  If I say it works, it worked today.  No intent to deceive, but buyer beware when it comes to anything battery operated.

With Plarail motorized trains, "working" simply means that the train moves when a battery is placed inside of it. I do not bother with describing speed, strength, noise, or any other factors. If this is important to you, please message to inquire about it before purchasing, and I will test the train and give a report back to you. 

With Capsule Plarail items, please be aware that I do not test every single windup train before listing. I sift through hundreds of these, and seeing as how most people do not care about the functionality, it is not worth my time to test it. If this is important to you, please message me beforehand asking about the windup functionality. I am happy to test it for you on request. Additionally, if I am selling an item with multiple quantities, please be aware that you may not receive the exact one in the listing's image. Variations may include differences in production years, siderod colors, coupling types, windup or freewheeling, minor stickers missing or misplaced, or minor playwear. This also applies to any other item I have with multiple quantities, such as Mini Diecast, where coupling type may vary. 

With toys, some wear is assumed, I won't bother with describing this.  With regard to heavier wear or minor damage, and rather than explaining significant defects in detail for each of these items, I'll take pictures when applicable which highlight notable and obvious flaws beyond normal play wear.  Please study the pictures carefully.  I'm happy to provide more individualized details or pictures on request. 

I understand condition is subjective, and I am sensitive to that. I will disclose all significant blemishes and points of damage.  Again, if you have any questions about conditional factors more minor than that, ask me before committing to purchase.

I will always do my best to work with dissatisfied buyers, but I'm a lot more helpful when communication is patient, clear, upfront and conducted in good faith.
