How to do Leakage Test?
1. Attach the hook to the device.
2. Attach the workshop air adapter to the unit.
3. Plug the power cord into the power outlet.
4. Screw the smoke hose to the unit.
5. Fill smoke oil (mineral oil based) into the unit via the refill opening on the top.
(Note: The oil level must not be higher than the level indicator. )
6.Connect the factory air supply.
7.Connect the vehicle's 12V power supply.
8.Introduce workshop air into the unit.
9.Turn the flow control knob counterclockwise to open the air flow.
10.Turn on the power on the back of the unit, then the unit will start to generate smoke.
11.Introduce the smoke into the system
Caution of Use：
1. When you use this ANCEL S100 Car Smoke Leak Detector for the first time, fill with 20ml oil . Please be careful NOT to beyond this range.
2.The testing liquid :both liquid paraffin and baby oil are OK. (we recommend buy Johnson & Johnson Baby Oil Pink bottles at locally)
3. Fresh oil can be filled with only when the smoke gets thin, and it can’t be filled over 20ml each time.
4. Before filling fresh oil, please pour out the left oil in the detector & replace the detector oil regularly.
5. During the process of leak detection, please keep away from smoke-sensitive parts.
6. Do NOT run the detector over 8 minutes continuously. It needs interval rest.
7. The detector has an intelligent protector, if it exceeds the working limit, such as over 75 ℃, it will automatically turn off the power. In this case, please operate it later.
8. The round part of this detector has temperature, please be careful to avoid burns.
9. If the test pipe needs to be disconnected in the middle, please secure the other side with a rubber stopple.

How to Use the Automotive Fuel Smoke Leak Detector?
Notice before Leak Test: Turn OFF the Ignition of Your Vehicle
● Assemble the smoke machine with delivery hose, power socket and hook.
● Unscrew the oil filler cap and add test oil.(Pure #5 white oil is the best choice if available)
● Disconnect the pipes that need to be connected with the smoke leak detector.
● Connect your car smoke machine’s power cord to 12V vehicle battery (red clip to battery positive and black clip to a good ground, then the Power LED would be ON, if else check the power supply)
● Introduce the smoke delivery hose into the pipeline to be tested via the Adapter Cone.
● Press Air Control Switch, wait for seconds until the system is pressurized, check the Pressure Gauge & Flow Meter reading for leak status. Turn on the smoke generator, adjust the smoke amount to suitable amount so you can locate the leak position quickly.
● The leak can be judged according to where the smoke appears.
