With the ESE option, cards are placed directly in semi-rigid Card Saver holder(s) and secured inside a 4.5 X 6.5 inch cardboard mailer. 5. IS COMBINED S/H OFFERED?
A s/h cap of $5.79 is in place for orders of multiple single cards. For orders where the s/h cap
