This is for a repair service. You are not purchasing the device. All repairs listed are for the parent unit (the one with the screen). If you have a camera issue send me a message.

| Mainboard | Unit not turning on / not connecting to cameras, or losing signal / crashing and freezing / no power |
| Screen / Touch | Cracked screen / lines or other artifacts / white display / touch not working |
| Charging Port | Unit doesn't charge / will only charge if cable is held in certain positions / cable connection is loose |
| Battery | Unit does not stay powered on when unplugged / battery does not hold much charge (Note: The battery is user replaceable so a replacement will be sent - no need to post the monitor) |
| Power / volume switches | Power and/or volume buttons do not work or only respond some of the times. All 3 will be replaced. Note: This only covers the top and side buttons, not the touchscreen |
| Speaker | Distorted, or no sound (confirm with multiple cameras as it could be a camera microphone issue) |
| Microphone | Distorted, or no sound coming out of camera (confirm with multiple cameras as it could be a camera speaker issue) |
| Leg/Stand | Physically broken |
