A piano player who grew up on the same Cincinnati block as The Isley Brothers, Chris Jasper went on to perform and record with them. Sadly he passed on in February 2025. Nice album, smooth sophisticated grooves, a couple of livelier ones and a heartfelt shout out to Jesus (see also the last couple of tracks). I hesitate to use the term "yacht rock" as it's too much of a catch all, but some of these tracks would probably be pulled in.

Complete with lyric insert (EX).

Sleeve VG+, clean and tidy but some edge wear and corner bumping. Vinyl is EX, nice, clean enjoyable sound.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not "sight-test" records and list with comments like "vinyl looks to be in good condition". This is because a disc can look perfect but still have surface noise throughout (as I've found on too many occasions). All my records are played from start to finish on a fairly unforgiving Sansui deck fitted with an Ortofon cartridge and stylus.
