Gimbal Mounting Bracket With Knobs For:
HDS-7 Gen2 Touch, HDS-7 Gen3, HDS-7 Carbon,HOOK-7,Elite-7 HDI CHIRP.( Not for use with Elite-7 Ti ).
 
Bracket Mounting:
Place the bracket in the desired mounting location, and use a pencil or permanent marker to mark drilling locations.Use fasteners suited to the mounting surface material. Use only 304 or 316 stainless steel fasteners,Mark the screw locations using the bracket as a template, and drill pilot holes,Screw down the bracket.Hand tighten only.
 
Mounting Location:
Choose the mounting locations carefully before you drill. The display should be mounted so that the operator can easily use the controls and clearly see the display screen.

When installing, ensure appropriate safety equipment is used, e.g. ear muffs, protective glasses, gloves and a dust mask. Power tools may exceed safe noise levels, and can cast off dangerous projectiles. The dust from many materials commonly used in boat construction may cause irritation or damage to eyes, skin, and lungs.
