The GM-800 features Roland's “ZEN-Core” sound engine, which delivers the most versatile sound ever, from cutting-edge digital synthesizers and classic analog synth sounds to piano, strings, saxophone, and more. The engine is equipped with more than 1,200 tones.

Up to four sounds can be played simultaneously from more than 1,200 tones.

Access to the Roland Cloud allows you to add tones from a vast library, expanding the possibilities for sound creation to an infinite number of sounds.

Over 90 effects are available for deep sound creation.

In addition, the latest tracking technology dramatically improves the response and nuance of the sound source.

The GM-800 can also be used as a MIDI sound source, so a MIDI keyboard can be connected to it for performance.
