In 1998 Topps produced a Special Set consisting of 4 Tins Commemorating the career of Hall Of Famer Roberto Clemente, each tin was remade to pay tribute of his standard Topps cards of Rookie 1955, 1956, 1965 & 1970! The tins were only available at select retailers such as Target and were quickly took off the shelves after a poor showing of sales and production was halted!! These Tins are becoming more rare as years pass & unopened retail boxes continually opened making them extremely scarce!
This tin is empty and in like new high grade condition and is tin number 4 of that set that pays Tribute to his 1971 year Topps card!
