It has sun fading, it has some staining, the draw string is missing, and just normal wear.  It measures 19" pit to pit, 27" waist(it does stretch), and 22" long  on the back from neck to bottom. This is a non-smoking but pet friendly home.  We do not wash all clothing but are trying to do most items. Due to that, we can not guarantee smell. Most items will be stored individually in plastic bags, but some are collectively hung together. Please just be prepared to wash the item before wearing.
