This is an original press photo. Marine Reserve Helicopter Squadron 767 from New Orleans. Weekend warriors of HMM-767 will become full time Marines for two weeks when they gather at New River, North Carolina, this weekend. Most of the members of the Marine Reserve Helicopter Squadron 767 are from the New Orleans area. Others will come from Baton Rouge, Houma, Morgan City, Bogalusa, Thibodaux, Hammond, Buras, Venice and Grand Isle. The troops will participate in landing exercises, restudy of the M-14 rifle and other schooling. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 07-16-1967.
