Description:
This 10-volume set from Ayanishiki (excluding Volume 1) was published between 1916 and 1925 by Unsodo as a collection of textile designs. It features exquisite colored woodblock prints alongside carefully selected textile patterns, including both Japanese historical textiles and imported masterpieces from abroad.

The majority of the plates are in full color, produced with highly detailed woodblock printing, making this an invaluable resource for researchers and collectors of traditional textiles.

Condition Notes:
The original case  is heavily damaged (consider it a bonus).
Volume numbers handwritten on the bottom edges of two books.
Light stains in the margins of some pages (woodblock prints remain unaffected).
Some discoloration in the final pages of Kokyo-go.
Slight dirt marks on a few pages.
A minor scratch on the title page of Volume 10.
No missing pages or significant damage.
As a definitive textile design reference from the Taishō era, this set is a rare find in such condition.
