How to Install a Control Arm Lower Camber Bolt Kit?
Step 1: Lift the Vehicle – Secure the vehicle with a jack and place it on jack stands to provide easy access to the suspension components.
Step 2: Remove the Wheel – Take off the wheel to expose the lower control arm where the camber bolts are located.
Step 3: Remove the Existing Bolts – Use a wrench or socket to remove the old camber bolts from the lower control arm.
Step 4: Install the New Camber Bolts – Position the eccentric camber bolts in place, ensuring that the washers are properly oriented to allow for easy adjustment.
Step 5: Tighten the Bolts – Secure the bolts and ensure they are torqued to the manufacturer’s specifications, but do not tighten them completely yet.
Step 6: Adjust the Camber – Rotate the eccentric washers to adjust the camber angle to your desired specification.
Step 7: Reinstall the Wheel – After adjustment, reinstall the wheel, lower the vehicle, and tighten all bolts.
