This interesting photograph shows a horse drawn parade float with two white horses, two men in top hats, and a woman and little girl in a special carriage. The carriage displays advertising for the local Undertaker and Embalmer: Barton & Catick. I believe this photo was taken in San Bernardino, California around the turn of the century when Barton & Catick was in business. I've attached a screenshot of a newspaper ad from the 1895 San Bernardino Sun which had an advertisement for Barton & Catick. The newspaper ad is not included. Great historical significance for the San Bernardino area.
