please check the integrity of the packaging after receiving the product. If there is any damage, please contact us in time.
Additionally, we offer free 30-day returns on products.

 

Can I return my order?
Of course, you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return anything you have purchased from us, no questions asked. Please contact us with your intentions and we will send you the shipping address to our warehouse.
Who pays the shipping costs?
If an item is returned for quality reasons because it was damaged, did not function properly or was received incorrectly, please contact us and we will cover the shipping costs. If possible, we would like to see photos of the damage (with the item serial code).
However, if it is because you have changed your mind and no longer like what you ordered, then we kindly ask that you cover the return shipping costs and customs duties upon arrival (or cover the loss of 30% of the item's selling price we will cover all return costs).
When should I send the product back?
You should send the product back within 30 days of your return request.
Please return the product with all its accessories and manuals in the original box (if possible) and contact us for a shipping address to our warehouse.
How and when will I get my money?
Once we receive the product, you will receive a confirmation email and your money will be returned within 30 days in the same manner as you purchased the product.
How do I cancel my order?
Just like with returns, you have 30 days after receiving your order to return anything you purchased from us. If you would like to cancel your order before receiving it, please contact us and let us know your intentions. If the order has not yet shipped, we will simply cancel the order. However, if the item is on its way to us, you will have to follow our return policy and send the item back to us using DHL/UPS/TNT.
