The can in this listing is a retro addition from 40 years ago. Commemorating the birthday of the original beer can.

The Beer Can Collectors of America (BCCA) and Reynolds Aluminum creation. featuring cone top graphics, pull tab, CHURCH-KEY opener, and stories of the marketing of the 1st canned beer.

THE ORIGINAL BEER CAN WAS MARKETED IN & AROUND RICHMOND, VIRGINIA JANUARY 1935..

The can in this listing has opening instructions for the stay-tab on the top lid... 

(Great conversation piece!) The 'church-key' can opener was introduced in 1935 along with the 1st beer cans. Opening instructions (how-to-open the can) was on the 1st cans and was on most other early flat top cans. Remember, the church-key opener concept was new to the world.)
