(you probably wanna know)

First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to consider purchasing from Nonnie’s Niche and reading all the “stuff” that’s to follow!  If after reading the “stuff” you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we always reply!

How we rate condition:

SHIPPING: 

• We only ship to payment confirmed address.  Please make sure your shipping address is up to date.
• Estimated delivery 3-7 days from shipment date.  You will see the estimated delivery date on the active listing, at checkout and again on payment receipt
• All items are pulled, packed, and taken to UPS USPS or FedEx within 1 business day of cleared payment. 

(Exception: when we are away.  In those rare instances there will be a notification at the top of the active listing, at checkout, and again on your payment receipt.  PLEASE do not order the item(s) if you are unable to wait as we are a small business and have no one available to ship your item(s) during our "away" time).

• Once the shipping label is created the tracking number will be available.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the status/progress of your purchase(s) to be updated.
• We ship Mon.-Fri.; we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

(Exception: again, we are a small business and sometimes able to make exceptions to the "no weekends" policy.  Just message us prior to ordering and we’ll be happy to help if we can. (Note: payment must be completed before 9:00am est. on Saturday...no exceptions...sorry! Our local post office closes early))

 International Buyers

• Import charges may be collected at checkout or upon delivery, either through customs or directly by the carrier.  These charges include any customs duties, taxes, and brokerage. Please check with your local customs office or eBay customer service to determine what, if any, of these additional charges you will be responsible for prior to bidding or buying.  I have no jurisdiction or authority to make any adjustments (additions or reductions) to any of these fees listed above.  
• Items ordered together may be delivered separately.

 DISCOUNTS ~ COMBINED SHIPPING and/or MULTI-QUANTITY:

• Pick up additional items now in our store to take advantage of combined shipping or multi-quantity discounts (note: if you don’t see a drop down for “quantity” we don’t have multiple quantities available, or they’ve all sold).  To qualify for combined shipping, you must use the eBay "Shopping Cart" ~ do not pay for each item separately.
• The following are the steps to make sure you get the discount(s):

COMBINED SHIPPING:

1.    Choose item(s), change quantity if purchasing multiples and click "add to cart" ~ do not click buy it now

2.    Add items until you have completed your order

3.    Review your shopping cart. Discount will be reflected in your total and in small print under each item

4.    Click "go to checkout"

5.    Review your order ~ PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING! ~ Name, Shipping Address, Sizes, Quantity, & Payment Method, etc.

6.    Click "submit payment" to complete

MULTI-QUANTITY:

1.     Choose item(s), change quantity if purchasing multiples

2.     Click "buy it now"

3.     Review your order ~ PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK EVERYTHING! ~ Name, Shipping Address, Sizes, Quantity, & Payment Method, etc.

4.     Click "submit payment" to complete  

PAYMENTS: 

• "Buy It Now" listings ~ Immediate payment is required upon selecting "Buy It Now". 
• "Shopping Cart" purchases ~ Use the shopping cart if purchasing more than one item from Nonnie's Niche so that you can take advantage of combined shipping and/or multi-quantity discounts.  Immediate payment is required upon checking out. 
• "Auction" listings must be paid within 7 days. If you are bidding on multiple auctions and would like to combine shipping, please contact us prior to auction ending and/or before the 7 day payment deadline of the initial auction. 
• If you have any special requests, please leave a note in the "add note for seller" section during the checkout process. 

PAYMENT METHODS: 

• We only accept payments through the eBay checkout system.

SALES TAX: 

• We are legally required to collect sales taxes.   

RETURNS: 

• We want you to be happy with your experience with Nonnie's Niche, so we offer 100% RISK FREE RETURN POLICY!!  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, just return it within 30 days for a full refund. 
• Items purchased in "new condition" must be returned in "new condition" ~ unused & undamaged, with all tags attached to ensure refund. 
• Items must be free of smoke, pet hair and in same condition as when originally purchased from Nonnie's Niche to ensure refund. 
• Please pack returns in their original boxes (whenever possible) and include all paperwork, parts and accessories.

NOTE: if you choose to ship back outside of the eBay website/app, please include your eBay username in the package to ensure proper credit.

• In the event you need to return an item, please log into your eBay account and follow these steps:

1.    Go to your purchase history

2.    Find the item you purchased from us

3.    Click "more actions" to access the drop-down menu

4.    Select "return this item"

5.    It will then prompt you to select a reason for the return ~ select the appropriate response

6.    Click "next"

7.    Click on "request a return" prompt.  We will respond to your request in a timely manner.

REFUNDS: 

Once the item is received, inspected and processed, your refund will go back to the account you used when purchasing the item.  Once an item is processed (same or next day), you will receive confirmation via eBay notifications and an email.  The funds usually show up in your account within 2-5 business days (depending on your banks/credit cards refund policy).

Hatcher, to help make ends meet for her family of 6, to now, buying and selling items curated from estate sales, thrift stores, yard sales and even friends and family for Nonnie's Niche, because she truly enjoys it. Dawn (aka Nonnie to 9 beautiful grands) is the Founder and President, with over 15 years' experience selling online. We are a small business run by family & friends, that’s constantly adding new, vintage & sometimes antique items to our eBay store.  So, make sure you come back often and save us to your favorites, so you don't miss out!
