◎ At the end of your morning skincare routine, take a coin-sized amount in the palm of your hand and place it on five areas of your face (both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin). Start with the larger areas such as the cheeks and forehead, and blend evenly from the center of your face outwards to every corner of your face.

◎ If you do not use foundation, apply another coin-sized amount.

◎ When applying to the neck, take a small amount about the size of a 10 yen coin and apply from bottom to top, being sure to apply to the ears and nape of the neck as well.
