Seller is not responsible for missing or damaged cards shipped in letter envelope to provide cheaper shipping option shipped through USPS. Cards can be shipped in a bubble lined mailer to ensure safety for cards and tracking for $4.89. Must be requested before card(s) is/are sold to adjust shipping price buyer pays.
- Items that still have their manufacturer box will likely be shipped in box but wrapped in brown shipping paper to disguise item if left for out after delivery. This is typically for larger items to keep shipping cost down for buyers.
- Our items are all stored in a smoke free home.

- Also, keep in mind that delivery estimates you may receive are just those estimates. Once we turn the packages over to the carrier, it is out of our hands. There are many factors that can affect transit time.
If approved for a return due to a special circumstance:
- Returned items must be received in their original condition (unopened, undamaged, complete, etc.) and include all original packaging.
- Returns will be inspected upon receipt for compliance with the return guidelines.
- All returned items should be securely packaged, trackable and contain a return packing slip. We are not responsible for returns which are lost or damaged in transit.
