The sides of the pages (top and bottom sides) seem to have spots present on the sides. See photos.

Not sure what these small spots are, but they're not mold. 

The actual pages themselves however are fine. As well - a small dent in one of the corners. See photos.

Lastly, the front and page cover show some minor wear. See photos.
