Which network should I purchase?
We have both GPS and GPS + Cellular unlocked devices. You can tell which device you are looking at by checking item variation which will state either "GPS & WiFi Only" or "GPS & WiFi + Cellular." If you are looking for a watch that requires cellular usage without your phone nearby, it's recommended to purchase the cellular model as this will give you the capacity of data browsing (Receiving calls, text messages, online apps, etc).
The GPS Model will do all of the above but has to be within proximity to your phone (About 30 feet).
Every device is comprehensively tested with TTW software to run diagnostics on battery health, IOS firmware, Digital Crown, Side Button, Touchscreen, Display, Speakers, Microphone, Blood Oxy. Sensor, and Heart Monitor. We ensure every device is held to the highest standards and is fully working upon delivery.

I want my money back, what do I do?
Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to return the device for a full refund. Send us a message and we will provide a pre-paid return label and return instructions.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship via FREE USPS Delivery from Crown Point, Indiana within 1 business day. Weekends are not included as business days. 1 Day expedited upgrade is available for a cost. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2 PM CST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST on Friday will ship Monday. Tracking number e-mailed after order shipped. Orders where the total is $750.00 or higher will ship with Signature Required on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
USPS Delivery default shipping is FREE! FedEx Standard Overnight is $37.00.
Do you ship internationally?
We are able to to sell internationally to the countries served by the eBay International Shipping program.
What is and is not included in my order?
Orders include the purchased device and a generic charging cable and wristband. Orders do not include the original retail box or original accessories
Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?
No. We have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.
Can you send me the IMEI of a device?
Yes. After you receive your shipment confirmation, send us a message and we can provide the IMEI to you at that time.
