Why does my drill bit keep falling off the cordless rotary tool?
Usually it's because you have chosen the wrong collet.
The drill bit has a shank diameter of 1.6 MM. Please choose the smallest collet (1.6 MM).
Or it may be you did not tighten the black nut.
Why does my sanding drum (not sanding band) keep falling off the mini rotary tool?
Usually it's because you have chosen the wrong collet.
The sanding drum has a shank diameter of 2.3 MM. Please choose the middle collet (2.3 MM).
Or it may be you did not tighten the black nut.
Why does my sanding band (not sanding drum) keep falling off the mini rotary tool kit?
This is because the expansion screws on the top of the sanding drum are not tightened.
Please refer to the installation instructions in the picture to adjust them.
Why my HARDELL mini cordless rotary tool can't be charged after it runs out of power (or no charging indication)?
To protect the battery, when the battery is exhausted (or in a low voltage state),
you need to connect the charger (no LED display is normal) ,
and wait for about ten minutes before it can start charging normally ( LED display).
