In order to meet the needs of measuring the DC resistance of transformers, our company has recently developed a DC resistance tester. This instrument adopts new technology and has the characteristics of high efficiency, small size, light weight, and large output current. The whole machine is controlled by a microprocessor, which automatically completes self checking, data processing, display and other functions, and also has functions such as automatic discharge.This instrument has high measurement accuracy, easy operation, and is suitable for testing samples such as distribution transformers, transformers, reactors, generators, motors, etc. It can also be used for rapid measurement of samples such as switches, copper bars, contactors, relay contacts, metal wires, cable accessories, etc. It has the characteristics of fast speed and stable data.

1. The instrument has a large output current, is lightweight, powerful, and easy to carry.

2. The instrument provides 5 output current options, with a maximum output of 10A current.

3. Equipped with a large capacity lithium battery for easy on-site operation.

4. Wide measurement range (0-20K Ω), suitable for testing samples such as distribution transformers, transformers, reactors, generators, motors, etc. It can also be used for measuring samples such as switches, copper bars, contactors, relay contacts, metal wires, cable accessories, etc.

5. The menu is simple and friendly, displaying clear and easy to read data, and can be clearly displayed under sunlight.

6. It has a complete protection circuit, which can withstand accidental disconnection or power interruption of the test line. It also has a built-in complete discharge circuit and back electromotive force protection circuit, making it highly resistant to arc.

7. The machine can be used to measure and calculate the three-phase unbalance rate, and the calculation formula is as follows:

Three phase unbalance rate=(R maximum - R minimum)/R average

R copper compensation=R measured value * (235.0+T compensation temperature)/(235.0+T ambient temperature)

R aluminum compensation=R measured value * (225.0+T compensation temperature)/(225.0+T ambient temperature)
