OVERVIEW

The Maxxis Razr MT is a mud terrain, all season tire manufactured for light trucks.

The tire offers great off-road traction. The aggressive tread design and the stronger internal structure work together to enable the tire's off-road performance. The tread design features staggered blocks, wide grooves and an open shoulder pattern that improve the soft, loose and even rocky terrain surface grip. This enhanced tread design boosts the grip the tire has on all off-road surfaces. The detailed sidewall lug placement enhances the tire's forward motion in deep mud and loose dirt, preventing the tire from being stuck on such terrain surfaces. The high void ratio effectively disperses mud and snow from between the tread elements, ensuring constant traction and a safer off-road drive in all weather.

The self-cleaning nature of the tread design also manages to avoid stone retention. The tread elements eject rocks stuck in the grooves and prevent them from harming the casing. The durable compound structure features chemical fillers that reinforced its resistance to the tearing and chipping of the tread. Furthermore, the sidewall design resists punctures, cuts and abrasions. This lengthens the tire's service life. The optimal terrain contact manages to evenly distribute the driving pressure. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking lengthens the tread life and the tire's usability by preventing irregular tread wear formations. The longer lasting even tread life and the excellent damage resistance ensure a secure driving experience.

The Razr MT features a fiber reinforced dual-cord casing ply. This construction maintains the tire's optimal shape under the driving and load pressure affecting the model. The shape does not deform under the pressure, which allows the tire to carry and withstand heavier loads with ease. The better load durability enables the model's versatile application.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
