We take returns up to 30 days after arrival. Returns must include all original items in undamaged condition with all original packaging. Returning a used item is subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.

The fabric is made from Japanese modacrylic fiber "Kanecaron," which offers a realistic texture and feel, closely resembling real animals.
