Tschang Chan Fu, Chinese Communist deputy minister of foreign affairs, at left, talks with Georgi Pushkin, second from right, Soviet deputy foreign minister, during Russian-Chinese meeting on Laos at Geneva, Switzerland, today. Private meetings such as this followed each other in quick succession, though the conferences were a solution to the Laos problem. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 05-13-1961.
