To use, simply apply a small amount of Naturland Inno Rheuma Cream to the affected areas and massage gently until fully absorbed. For optimal results, use it regularly as part of your daily self-care routine.

Apply for treatment of joint inflammations associated with rheumatic conditions, muscular and extremital pain, muscular strain and contusion, closed traumatic injuries (strain and dislocation) on its own or combined with drug or physiotherapeutic treatment. While rosemary oil has anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties, causes local hyperemia and has antiphlogistic, analgesic effect. Combined application of menthol makes a stronger cooling sense on the skin and it has slight local anaesthetic effect.

Apply the cream in a thin layer to the affected area and its surroundings 2-3 times daily. Massage until absorbed.
