We ship exclusively to the lower 48 states and do not offer combined shipping or local pickup. Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APOs. If you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact us!
Return Information
At HomeGoodsRUs, we are committed to your satisfaction with every product we sell. If you’re not fully satisfied within 15 days of receiving your item, we’ll happily provide a refund or send you a replacement. For remorse returns (like “didn’t like it,” “doesn’t fit,” or “found a better price”), please note that refunds will exclude return shipping costs.
To safeguard against loss or theft, we recommend insuring your return shipment and using a carrier that offers tracking, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number, and it's important to keep your receipt for your records. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items that are damaged, lost in transit, or sent COD.
