There is more than a single dwelling Comp'ny House kit in this offering. A single dwelling kit is 4 walls and foundation. This is real deal from 1978! Consists of cast hydrocal plaster side walls & foundation. Plastic door and window castings. Wood, plastic & paper stock. Instructions and drawings.
The sales sheet and instructions go into different possibilities to bash-build this double kit into one bigger building several ways... L shaped, straight with a long side, or even adding walls from other kits. Into a bigger building... or... two small buildings..... Neat..
Pre-owned, C-8 like new. Nearly complete, No "rolled roofing" tar paper material (easy to overcome with construction papaer, paper towels, or aftermarket parts) only one foundation base. No original box. See photos, as what you see is all there is...As-is.
