Macbook Air Needs Repair or For Parts

Selling my old Macbook Air (2012). Operatively good condition, powers up but can't connect to the hard drive. Genius Bar techs say it is possible to repair the connection but it is laborious project. Selling for parts or to a repair guru. The screen is showing wear and I dropped it running across the airport and it cracked but it worked fine until the hard drive issue. Includes standard & travel chargers
