Follow The Steps Below To Make Your Welds
1.First of all, make sure that you have all the necessary elements available to carry out your weld.
2.Choose the right tip type.
3.Plug in the iron, set the appropriate temperature, and wait about 30 seconds for the tip to heat.
4.Then check that the parts are clean and not rusted, and clean them if necessary.
5.Then put the parts in contact and apply the hot tip to the contact point.
6.Be careful not to touch the tip or hot parts with bare hands (wear gloves if necessary).
Caution
When the soldering iron is plugged in for the first time, there comes out a smoke from the tip end. The smoke stops in a smoke while and a smoke never comes out again.
Use soldering stand and other aids to avoid bur fingers.
Don't pulled the soldering and other aids to avoid burnt fingers.

Don't file the long life tip face and Don't apply too much solder unnecessarily.
Warm Tips
1.Please be really careful when you are using the iron, and keep it somewhere kids can’t reach.
2.Please switch to the 200℃ model when not using the soldering iron. Please do not keep the soldering iron working under high temperature.
3.When welding, do not use too much pressure.
4.To avoid oxidation, please clean soldering iron tip. If there is black oxide on the iron tip, please clean it by wet sponge firstly.
5.Long-time and high-temperature work may shorten its life.
6.Do not leave the soldering iron idle for a long time at the working temperature, it may burn the soldering iron or even other things.
