~SHIPPING~Shipping rates are calculated via EBay and go by weight, location & selling price (for insurance). Please know that USPS shipping charges have gone up. I don't believe in overcharging for s&h. EBay now requires insurance on all items. This will be included in the shipping price. Insurance starts at $2.20 for $100 and goes up from there. Please keep this in mind when looking at the shipping costs. I usually offer multiple shipping services when possible so check the shipping tab to see which works best for your location. If an item gets lost in transit you must wait 15 days before I can file a claim with USPS as per their policy. EBay will not refund a lost package until they receive a "lost certificate" from USPS. In 10 years of selling I've only had 1 lost package!
~INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS- You are responsible for your countries duties/taxes. I do not mark items as gifts-it is illegal! Items can take longer than 2 weeks via Priority Mail depending on customs for your country-I have NO control over this once it leaves my hands. USPS does not offer online tracking anymore for certain countries. If an item is lost I will do all I can to help locate it but this takes time.
