This listing is for a Epson EX50 Projector Model  H284A. It is in overall good condition. It does have some surface scratches that you can see in the pictures. I have tested it to power on and have checked the lamp hours at 728 high brightness and 0 at low. Only the power cord is included and the bag, no remote. There is one issue of the foot/leg will not stay locked into place but should not be an issue rather you place on a table to view or mount it to the ceiling. 

I ship the same day as long as order and payment are received before 3 pm. I ship the next day if afterwards or Monday if on a weekend.
