For this book, currently flying aircraft of Starfighter Aerospace in Florida have been photographed as well. Shipment to Europe generally takes around 2 weeks, trackable from posting to delivery usually.

Australia, NZ and the Pacific Rim can can take up to 3 weeks, Asia slightly longer and the rest of the world can be up to 4 weeks. Much depends on the quality of service where you live.
