Maintenance precautions for pneumatic tools
※Please use special lubricant for air tools to lubricate air tools.
※Please use a lubricator to lubricate the pneumatic tools and adjust the flow rate to 2 drops per minute.
※If you do not use an oiler, please add an appropriate amount of air tool lubricant before and after use every day, and keep the tool idling for 1~2 minutes, which will greatly improve the performance of the air tool.
This operation will greatly improve the performance and service life of the air tool.
Air supply system and precautions
※Check the working pressure range of the air hose before use, too high pressure will cause the air hose to explode.
Avoid tangling the air line.
The air supplied to the tool must be clean and dry.
The air compressor and the air hose must be drained regularly. Contaminated and watered air wi ll seriously affect the life of the pneumatic tool.
