Ties at shoulders as well as elastic on/off shoulder ruffle cap sleeves. Orange red poly fabric with floral print. Zip at back. A rare find in excellent condition. Measures approx 34-38" bust-32-34" waist-up to 45" hip-length 48" from under arm to hem. A rare find in excellent condition with no rips/stains.
