CATIONORM OPHTHALMIC EMULSION
Information:
- Cationorm Ophthalmic Emulsion is a hydrating and lubricating emulsion
which protects the ocular surface and relieves the discomfort and
irritation due to dry eyes caused by prolonged use of contact lenses or
environmental conditions.
- It is formed by an aqueous phase and an oily
phase. It restores moisture and helps to prevent fluid loss.
- It is composed of mineral oils, glycerol, tyloxapol, poloxamer 188, tris
hydrochloride, tromethamine, cetalkonium chloride and water for
injection.
Directions for use: - Wash and dry hands thoroughly.
- Before using, ensure the single-dose container is intact.
- Remove contact lens before instilling product.
- Take one single-dose container and shake before use.
- Twist off the top to open.
- Instill 1 to 2 drops as needed or as prescribed by your physician.
- Avoid any contact with the eye nozzle.
Indication:
Suitable for dry eyes caused by prolonged use of contact lenses or
environmental conditions.
Cautionary Instruction:
- For ocular use only.
- Do not use in case of specific hypersensitivity
towards any of the constituents.
- Do not swallow the solution.
- Keep out
of reach of children.
- Do not instill into the eye at the same time with
other substances as the effects of these may be altered.
- Do not use the
solution after the expiry date.
- The product does not contain
preservatives, thus, after the container has been opened and the product
used, the residual emulsion, if any, should be disposed. Do not store
above 30°C. Do not freeze.
