"Over Range" new Malossi transmission system

This new system is caught on the new fixed pulley of the pair corrector Fixed Pully which has a greater diameter and absolutely cutting -edge technological characteristics. The greatest diameter of this pulley allows you to have a significantly higher transmission ratio of the transmission ratio than the original pulley that has a significantly lower external diameter.

The Malossi technicians have also treated in the smaller details that the creation of this pulley using special materials and a particular type of thermochmic treatment that gives a very high wear resistance and high mechanical resistance. This new fixed pulley was made to have perfect operation if coupled to the Malossi couple corrector (Torque Driver), having the same diameter as the fixed pulley.

In order to fully exploit the range of the new pair corrector group and the powers available on the vehicles now on competitions, a new Dented Malossi in kevlar ® (K) was introduced with an increased section and updated length to ensure the maximum performance in all operating conditions.

To complete the renewal of the transmission system and to exploit the exceptional technical characteristics, the multivar variator was also updated by accompanying it with new tracks for the rollers and a new hub. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, born from the many years of experience acquired on the race circuits and from the Cad-Cam technology available today, allowing to obtain technical results at the highest levels.

For the full completion of the Over Range system, the adjustable clutch patented Delta Clutch and the Malossi Wing Clutch Bell reinforced clutch is scheduled (these products are not included in the kit).
