Vintage STROMBERG Model No. 12 Electric Commercial Time Puch Clock

It will need work. It appears to have a short in the cord. It only punches when I pull on the cord to unplug it. The ribbon barely prints and will need replaced. I couldn't get the clock to work. Has scratches and scuffs. Missing one of the rubber cushions on the bottom. I do not have a key for it. Zoom in and inspect all pictures for condition.
