Directions:

Take out the inhale tubing with mouthpiece from the handle, pull the inhale tubing to the required length, and connect the end of the inhale tubing with the intake of the breathing exerciser. Exhale deeply and exhale as much air as possible, then hold the mouthpiece. Inhale as deeply and evenly as you can, causing the indicator ball to rise toward and stay in the middle of the smiling face position, so that the piston rises slowly and remains as long as possible.
