This is "Anna and Her Ornaments" from the Department 56 series, "All Through the House." It is item Number 9330-0A, and it is retired along with the entire All Through The House series.  Anna is one of an original set of 4, which included the "Night Before Christmas Tree," "Gilbert Hangs the Garland," and "Tess Trims the Tree."  It was introduced in 1994 and retired in 1997. It is in excellent condition in its original box and foam inserts.
