Transformer DC Winding Resistance Tester is a measurement project for the inspection, installation, debugging, and preventive testing of semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing. It can effectively detect hidden dangers after manufacturing and operation of defects such as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, short circuits, and fractures in transformer coils. To meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, a new generation CT series DC resistance tester has been developed. The resistance tester is controlled by a microcontroller and automatically performs functions such as self inspection, data processing, display, storage, and printing. Combined with precise electronic measurement technology, the instrument has high accuracy, wide measurement range, and convenient operation. It can achieve rapid measurement of transformer sensitivity, voltage, and transformer resistance.
