The HX Stomp XL is a compact guitar processor with a significantly expanded number of footswitches.
HX Stomp XL delivers the same amp/cabinet/effects sounds as Helix in a compact body
The HX Stomp XL can be seamlessly integrated into a variety of setups and applications, from a standard amp and pedal setup to direct output to a PA in a live or studio setting.
The DSP and HX modeling technology used in Helix is retained, but can be easily added to your pedalboard.
The HX Stomp XL includes over 300 amps/cabinets/effects, loopers, and popular effects from Line 6 M-series and DL4 stompbox modelers.
HX Stomp XL can be used for a wide range of applications, including casual live gear, in-depth sound creation with other guitar processors, audio interface, and an all-in-one guitar/bass rig.
Main Features
1. Powerful pedal in a single unit
More than 300 effects and amp models from the Helix/M series and Line 6 legacy products are included in a compact effect pedal that is slightly larger in size. Up to 8 effects and amp models can be used simultaneously. Eight capacitive touch footswitches with colored LED rings provide intuitive effects selection and editing. External footswitches and expression pedals can be added for more flexible control. An effects loop is also provided to insert your favorite pedals into presets, and HX Edit software allows you to more easily edit amps and effects on your computer and save and recall them as presets.

The HX can be used as a backup for rehearsals and gigs, or as the ultimate compact system, either directly to a PA mixer or to a stage amp, and it supports the 4-cable method. Up to eight amp/cabinet/effects/IR blocks can be used simultaneously to build the tone you want. With the audio interface function, you can even create tracks in your hotel room after a gig.

Connect HX Stomp XL to the effects loop of your favorite modeler/profiler and add up to 70 more amps and 200 more effects. 6 blocks of HX Stomp add-on to your modeler's DSP power, allowing you to add up to 8 different amps and effects simultaneously. You can add up to eight additional amplifiers and effects for simultaneous use. You can also sync presets, tempo, and other parameters via a single MIDI cable.

With a wide dynamic range of 123dB, it functions as an ultra-low-noise, DSP-driven USB audio interface, providing 24-bit/96kHz multi-channel audio and MIDI connectivity for Mac and Windows. It also features inputs with flexible impedance circuitry for realistic amp and pedal response, as well as DI and reamp functionality. Direct recording to an iPhone/iPad is also possible using the Apple Camera Connection Kit (sold separately).
